Claudia Couto

Hello!

I’m Claudia Couto from Mexico and I am a dance passionate person.

I started my dance journey at high school when I found an academy where I took Polynesian dance courses for many years, then I completed my credentials to teach and spread the joy of this dance.

After that I taught for a couple years, then I move out from dance to take care of my family, after that, I emigrated to Vancouver Island 5 years ago.

Regardless I haven’t dance for a while or with the frequency I wish I could, dance is one of my passions in life. I love to dance anything, from Polynesian to salsa, and Latin rhythms.

Dance is my favourite therapy in life.

I’m so thrilled I found a chance to join the VLDA and I wish I will help you around in the dancing community.
