Celebrate the holiday season with us on Sunday, December 28, with a festive evening featuring a catered buffet dinner, Christmas games (you can win prizes!), and 3 hours of Latin dancing.

As we close out the year, come dressed in your best Winter wonderland theme colours — think whites, silvers, or blues — and you’ll be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a special holiday prize. 🎁

3:15 PM: Doors open
3:30 – 5:00 PM: Christmas games and social (bring a wrapped gift valued at $20 for the Christmas Elephant Game!)
5:00 – 7:00 PM: Dinner (arrive no later than 5:30 PM to be served)
7:00 – 10:00 PM: Dancing to salsa, bachata, kizomba, and merengue

Tickets are $65 for the entire event or $70 for vegetarian and vegan options. Get your tickets now! Prices will increase to $75 for regular tickets and $80 for vegetarian and vegan after the early bird tickets have sold out. Tickets sell out every year. A limited number of early bird tickets are available. 📣

Important: Book your tickets early, as last year they sold out in just a couple of weeks! There is only an option to purchase the full Dinner and Dance package and we cannot guarantee that there will be spots available to open up for just the dancing portion of the evening.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to another person if you contact us. If you’re unsure about your plans, consider buying a ticket and gifting it—it’s the perfect Christmas present!

In the spirit of giving, if you’d like to sponsor a ticket for someone in our community who can’t attend due to financial barriers, or if you’d like to bring a plus one, we have an option in our form to donate/add a meal. Your generosity could make someone’s holiday extra special!

As a community collective non-profit association, we truly value your continuous support, especially during the holiday season. All funds are reinvested to improve the quality of our gatherings and to create even more memorable experiences for you. It costs approximately $4,000 to run basic events for the year, covering costs like insurance, permits, equipment, venue rentals, administration, and website maintenance.
