Hi, I’m Biwei Hong, but just call me Cynthia, a dedicated community connector and dance enthusiast with a background in pedagagy and cultural engagement. My journey into Latin dance began with a deep appreciation for its joy, inclusivity, and vibrant spirit. As someone who values the power of movement to bring people together, I find Latin dance to be both a celebration of culture and a beautiful form of self-expression.

With experience in community outreach and a love for intercultural dialogue, I’m excited to support new and returning dancers in feeling welcomed, confident, and inspired. Being part of the Victoria Latin Dance Association is a meaningful way for me to share my passion and continue learning from this dynamic and diverse community.
