Lessly Morales

Hi, my name is Lessly!

I am originally from Peru and have been living in Victoria for the past two years. I really enjoy the city—especially the beauty of its streets, the nature, and the different colors that each season brings.

I have a background in HR and Social Work, with experience supporting people and
administrative processes. This has helped me develop a strong people-centered approach. I recently completed my Post-Degree Diploma in Human Resources at Camosun College, and I enjoy supporting teams, staying organized, and helping create positive and respectful environments.

One of the main reasons I wanted to join this community is my love for Latin music. I really appreciate being part of a space that brings people together through music and dance, creating connection and culture.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies with my family, and going for walks. I’m happy to be part of this amazing community!
