Celebrate the holiday season with us on Saturday, December 19, 2026, with a festive afternoon and evening featuring a catered Christmas buffet, games, prizes, raffles, and three hours of Latin dancing!

Our Christmas event sells out every year, and purchasing early helps our small nonprofit plan ahead for catering, prizes, entertainment, and event costs. Your early support is greatly appreciated.

Come dressed in your best Winter Wonderland colours — whites, silvers or blues — and receive one FREE raffle ticket for your chance to win our Grand Prize, valued at $750! 🎁

Additional raffle tickets will be available as part of our fundraiser: 5 tickets for $5.

5:00–7:00 PM — Catered Christmas Buffet 🍽️
Please arrive by 5:30 PM to be served.

7:00–10:00 PM — Latin Social Dancing 💃🕺
Three hours of Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba & Merengue, plus refreshments and light snacks.

🎟️ SOCIAL DANCING ONLY — JUST 10 TICKETS AVAILABLE

For those who can’t attend the full event, we’ve released just 10 Social Dancing Only tickets for $30.

These include:

• Social dancing from 7:00–10:00 PM
• Refreshments & light snacks
• A chance to win our $750 Grand Prize

We’re happy to offer this option, but if you’re able to attend the full celebration, we strongly encourage you to purchase a full-event ticket. Full-event ticket sales are what make it possible for us to offer the catered dinner and put on the complete Christmas celebration each year.

💛 FINANCIAL BARRIERS? VOLUNTEER WITH US!

We want this event to be accessible. While volunteer shifts are available, you can volunteer for one hour and receive $20 off your full-event ticket — essentially bringing your ticket cost down to approximately the cost of your catered dinner.

One-hour shifts are available at various times between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM and may include:

• Setting up and decorating
• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in
• General event support
• Cleanup at the end of the evening

Volunteer spots are limited and available while shifts remain. Please message us if you’d like to volunteer.

As a community collective non-profit association, we truly value your continuous support. All funds are reinvested to improve the quality of our gatherings and to create even more memorable experiences for you. It costs approximately $4,000 to run basic events for the year, covering costs like insurance, permits, equipment, venue rentals, administration, and website maintenance.
